Darnassis is the output of the debugger function and it's only the name of the used texture for the worldmap - so the mistake in spelling is part of the game caused by blizzard (maybe a historical issue), not by the add. All ouput that is visible to guide players will be the correct name of the city - Darnassus, so don't worry
Yes, the deeprun tram is a zone by itself that behaves like every other dungeon/instance - it always returns zero for the player's coordinates and thus will not be recorded by the add. I read a few times about some new possibilities to get correct map data for dungeons (which would be a great thing for instance guides), but I didn't had the time to figure it out so far - but if it's possible, it will surely be integrated soon!
